MW2- time it takes to do an exact 360 degree turn for sensitivities 5 and up?

I need to know this for an IPod app that I'm making to help players to get the timing right for 360's. I also need to know how fast you are spinning while scoped. Ex. Half the regular speed or 10 percent. Thanks a lot if you can answer. I'd do the testing myself but I won't have access to an xbox for a week. This will help a lot thanks!
