COMPUTER WONT START!HELP!!POINTS FOR ANSWER?

My computer wasnt working so i decided to do a complete full system restore to restore it to factory settings and it worked until it was 55 percent full and i accidentally pushed a button and it ended it and turned off my computer. then it restarted and it just shows a black screen that says BOOTMCR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart, which i did and it dosent work., PLEASE HELP!!!! points for answer and I have a 2010 Windows 7 Computer
