Reporting to the IRS and getting money back?

I always had found a job. This year has been tough on me. I can't find a job. Eventually I found a job off-the-books cleaning houses. My owner gets 700 dollars a day. 10,000 dollars a week. How do I report her and stay unknown. Also If i got 10 percent back it would probably be like 17,000 to 20,000 dollars. In a month she gets 27,000 dollars.
